Hawaii fifth-grader earns Division I college football offer

Though he’s seven years away from high school graduation, an 11-year-old from Hawaii has picked up a Division I college football offer.

Fifth-grader Titan Lacaden, of Kapolei, Hawaii, received an offer from the University of Hawaii last week.

The youth football standout, who will be a college freshman in 2024, announced the news through his Twitter account.

Lacaden plays quarterback, wide receiver, running back, safety and kick returner, according to MaxPreps.

His flag football team captured the 10U division title at the NFL National Flag Championship, while his tackle team – the All Blacks Crusaders – went undefeated this…
